Scheduling Rules

    • Appointments are mandatory for each course. The site allows you to register for several courses in advance. Registered appointments can be changed (canceled / rescheduled) at any time outside the 3-hour interval before the start of the course. The cancellation of a course can be done by pressing the “Cancel appointment” button.

     

    • Only 1 registration/course/person is accepted (you cannot register for the same course several times from the same account, each person must have their own appointment); in case of special situations, ask for advice by calling 0757.897-720 (Renata Coznici).

     

    • Confirmed appointments can no longer be canceled within 3 hours before the start of the course, in which case the course will be considered completed (course payment is not refunded, and in case of an active subscription, the course will be deducted from the subscription), even if the subscriber will not attend the class.* If a course is canceled by the instructor, Subscribers registered to that course will be able to retrieve the course or, as the case may be, customers will be refundable.

     

    • In case of non-attendance at the course of a scheduled client (without online payment of the course) who does not have a subscription, a penalty will be applied depending on each type of course. The client will pay the arrears at the next course attendance, but no later than six months from the date of application of the penalty.

     

    • If a client does not attend 3 consecutively scheduled meetings, the following appointments are automatically canceled from the studio scheduler.

     

    • In case of non-scheduling we cannot guarantee attendance at the class.

     

    • Flying Yoga appointments will only be made with online payment of the course. The cancellation of an appointment can be made at least 20 hours before the start of the course, otherwise, the course will be considered completed (the course payment is not refunded, and in the case of an active subscription, the course will be deducted from the subscription) even if the subscriber will not attend the class. The penalty will not apply if the client (whether subscription or not) finds a new paying client (besides the studio’s existing clients) to attend the course in his place. There is the possibility to “exchange seats” (appointments) only if both clients have a Flying Yoga Subscription. The course will be held with at least 2 (two) people. Flying Yoga subscriptions are non-transferable.* If the course is cancelled by the instructor, customers registered for that course will be able to recover the course or may be refunded in full.

     

    • Cancellation of an appointment for a PRIVATE Yoga Course can be made at least 24 hours before the course starts.

     

    • In case of cancellation of the appointment within 24 hours before the start of the course, 50% of the course payment will be withheld (if the course was paid in advance) or the arrears will be paid at the next course attendance (if the registration was made without advance payment of the course).

     

    • In case of non-attendance at a PRIVATE Yoga Course of a scheduled client (without prior notice to the instructor) the above penalty will apply in a percentage of 100%.* If a course is canceled by the instructor, clients registered for the private course will be fully refunded or will have the opportunity to register another appointment.
